Behavioral Health Services (BHS) provides culturally competent, confidential, and professional mental health services as well as comprehensive substance abuse services to eligible Native American/Alaskan Native patients and their dependents. BHS is dedicated to offering patients support and care, honoring their unique experiences, skills, strengths, and insights as they navigate their journey toward recovery.

- Community Health Worker Program RSBCIHI's Community Health Worker Program, connecting Native communities with trusted health advocates who provide outreach, education, and support
- Family Resource Center — Grand Terrace Free mental health, substance use, and community wellness services. The center provides therapy, education, and cultural activities to support healing and recovery for all San Bernardino County residents.
- Tribal Victim Services Program Provides culturally based support, crisis intervention, and advocacy for Native victims of violence through collaboration with local and tribal partners.

Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT)
- Suboxone treatment provided in partnership with RSBCIHI medical department
- No cost — Federally funded
- Patients must apply through BHS
DOJ Tribal Victim Services Program
- Supports individuals who have experienced victimization
- Trauma-informed, culturally relevant services
- Includes crisis intervention, counseling, and referrals to Native-serving agencies
